The Facilities

Everything in the villa is on one floor, with an open-plan living room-kitchen and has been transformed in a completely barrier-free area. Large windows throughout the villa provide beautiful light and give a real summery, Mediterranean feeling.

Although the villa was nearly completely rebuilt for guests that use a wheelchair, our aim was not to let a 'hospital feeling’ prevail anywhere in the building, the pool or the garden. It should look as beautiful as any other boutique villa but at the same time must be absolutely functional for the people in a wheelchair and theirs carers.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VILLA ZAFARRAYA

• A large kitchen with windows overlooking your own swimming pool, the olive grove and the impressive Zafarraya gorge.

• In the kitchen you will find everything you need to enjoy cooking. The modern kitchen is height adjustable, and has a wheelchair accessible worktop, sink and induction hob.

• In the living room you will find an elegant dining table, ideal for family meals or for playing one of the available boardgames together.

• The sitting area has a comfortable built-in sofa.

• There are sliding doors to the adapted Master bedroom and adjacent bathroom.

• The adapted bedroom has a double high-low bed and an ensuite bathroom, which can be entered via 2 sliding doors.

• The two additional bedrooms also have a double bed. From your bed you have a beautiful view of the mountains and blue skies.

• The second bathroom has a rain shower, built-in toilet and a sink made of natural stone.

• Soft cotton silk bed linen ensures wonderful and dreamy nights.

• All three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

• Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the price. Bath towels for the pool are also provided.

• The villa is equipped with a water tank containing 15,000 liters to assure running water is always available.

• The beds are made upon arrival so you can immediately enjoy your new home.
